Roy Whitcomb is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Roy qualified in 1984 and became a partner in Leigh Carr in 1988. He has specialised for many years in general practice and has extensive experience in acting for privately owned Limited Companies, family businesses and individuals. Roy advises on a variety of taxation planning issues.

In the 11th and 12th centuries half a million pilgrims a year travelled on foot from all over Europe to Santiago de Compostela in northern Spain. In September 1992 Patrick Shanahan retraced their steps, recording his 500 mile journey in a series of photographs, some of which are reproduced on this website.
